This Copyright Policy statement details how PTCWA Inc. (the Association) complies with the requirements of the Copyright Act 1968 and the Australian Copyright Council. The information supplied by the PTCWA website also conforms with Creative Commons Australia.

Copyright law in Australia recognises International Treaties such as the Berne Convention, however, all copyright comes under Australian copyright law.

At all times the Association will exercise due caution and respond in an ethical way to any copyright issues. If anyone should consider the publication of their image to be a violation of their copyright or privacy, please contact the Association and it will be automatically removed.
